1. YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT

This is an agreement between you and all persons you represent (and for purposes of this agreement, “person” includes natural persons and any type of incorporated or unincorporated entity) and StudioEmotion Pty Ltd (“StudioEmotion”), and governs your use of the StudioEmotion.com.au web site and the content, information and services provided through the StudioEmotion.com.au web site (collectively the “web site”). This agreement also provides benefits to StudioEmotion’s affiliates, service providers, suppliers and sub-contractors, including various StudioEmotion businesses around the world (collectively “affiliates and providers”).

Each time you use the Web Site you signify your acceptance and agreement, and the acceptance and agreement of all persons you represent, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by this Agreement, and you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to agree to and accept this Agreement on behalf of yourself and all persons you represent. This Agreement and all other agreements that you or any persons you represent have with StudioEmotion or Affiliates and Providers (now or in the future) together constitute the entire agreement regarding your access to and use of the Web Site, and supersede all previous agreements (written, oral or otherwise) regarding your access to and use of the Web Site. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of any other agreement that you or any persons you represent have with StudioEmotion or Affiliates and Providers (now or in the future), the provisions of this Agreement shall govern regarding your access to and use of the Web Site.
